Terms and Conditions

Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to describe our products accurately, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content is error free. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however great care is taken to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods. When an order is received by us we will send you an email confirming the order.  When your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a further email confirming the shipment. Non-acceptance of an order could be due to items being unavailable or authorisation issues with your payment. Should there be any difficulties with your order we will let you know. Confirmation and shipping emails may take up to 24 hours to be received. If not received in 24 hours check your junk box.

Payment

We accept payment from any major credit card including American Express. Payment will be positively sanctioned from your account before goods are dispatched. You undertake that you are authorised to use the credit/debit card given when you place your order.

General

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. Your use of this site and purchases by you on this site of any products will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Sergio products but if you are unhappy with any of the products you buy from us, please notify our Customer Service team via Email: contact@sergioquartz.com and (we will be able to assist you further) or (we will email you a refund form and further instructions on returning your items)

We are unable to refund any postage costs. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting/courier details and that all goods returned are very carefully packaged as we cannot refund goods that are damaged, lost in transit or not in re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us.

All items are to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Once we have received the products back from you, we will gladly replace your purchase or, in the case of unavailability, refund your purchase.

We aim to refund within 7 days of receipt of goods but refunds can take up to 30 days.

Shipping and Deliveries

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-7 working days.

Most deliveries require a signature, please select a delivery address where someone will be able to sign.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock and placed on a backorder. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.

You will be sent a tracking number for your order.

Handmade: Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, each item is truly unique and no two will ever be identical. Any imperfections should be celebrated as a testament to the hard work of the talented artisans and be appreciated for the individual uniqueness this gives to each product.

Stock Levels: Due to the handmade nature of some of our products this can, at times, mean items are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and give you an expected delivery date which can, on occasion, change due to factors out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
